What we keep. The registered phone number, when it was confirmed, the minutes it has used, and, if someone subscribes, the Stripe customer ID and email. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Calls. AskLine does not record calls and does not keep transcripts. While you talk, your voice is turned into text by Deepgram, the text is answered by Anthropic's Claude, and the answer is turned back into speech by OpenAI; Twilio carries the call. Those providers process the call only to deliver this service. When the call ends, a short recap is texted to the number and the conversation is discarded from our server.

Texts. We send sign-up codes, call recaps and account or billing links, only to numbers registered on this site. Reply STOP to stop all texts. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.

Deletion. Text DELETE to (650) 648-7004 from the registered number and its data is removed at once. Subscribers should cancel from the account page first. You can also reply to your Stripe receipt.
